Italian Gardens, Garnish Island, Bantry Bay, Ireland
A large variety of subtropical plants are grown here as the climate is mild (and wet) due to the effect of the Atlantic ocean and the Gulf Stream. To reach these gardens you have to get a ferry from Glengarriff. During the journey you are taken to see the seals on some of the small nearby islands.
